1 Bowl Vegan Chocolate Walnut Banana Bread- minimal mess and maximum taste! 10 minutes of prep is all it takes to make this soft and delicious banana bread!
- 1 3/4 Cups All-purpose flour
- 3 Large overripe bananas
- 1/3 Cup Cane sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, mash the bananas, add coconut oil and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
Add the sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Scoop batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool.
