This Tofu-free chocolate pie is a breeze to make and no one will ever guess that it is vegan!
This vegan chocolate pie includes a graham cracker crust and a chocolate pudding-like filling, and it may be garnished with a variety of toppings. Vegan chocolate pie is a delicious and indulgent treat that is suitable for vegans and those following a plant-based diet. It is also a great option for those who are allergic to dairy or eggs, or who are looking to reduce their consumption of animal products.
This easy and delicious pie can enjoyed on its own or served with a side of vegan ice cream or whipped cream.
Easy and Amazing Vegan Chocolate Pie

Ingredients needed:
For the crust:
1 3/4 cups Graham crackers
6 tbsp Vegan butter
For the chocolate filling:
1 can full-fat coconut milk
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
4 tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup pure cane sugar
1 cup Almond milk
2/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Toppings:
Shaved dairy-free chocolate
Directions:

Place the graham crackers in the bowl of a food processor, and pulse until finely ground. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the melted vegan butter, and stir until well combined. Press into a lightly-greased 9 inch pie dish. Place the pie crust in the refrigerator will the filling is being prepared.

In a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, coconut milk, sugar and cocoa powder. Add the coconut milk and almond milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to make sure there are no lumps. Let the mixture boil for 3 minutes so it can thicken. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate chips have melted. The mixture will be quite thick by this point.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish. Cover with saran wrap and place the in the refrigerator. Let the pie chill and firm up for a minimum of 4 hours (overnight is best).
Once the pie is ready to be served, add the vegan whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
