Easy and Amazing Vegan Avocado Brownies

These brownies have a delicious fudge-like flavor and a soft and chewy texture. Avocado takes the place of oil in this recipe, but- don’t worry- no hint of it can be tasted.

These brownies are flour-free (gluten-free), and oil-free. This foolproof recipe can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.

Easy and Amazing Vegan Avocado Brownies

Ingredients needed:

2/3 cup avocado (mashed)

3 tbsp creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 tsp baking power

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup mini vegan dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a brownie pan.

Add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and the walnuts) to a food processor. Process until smooth. You may have to scrape down the sides a few times as you’re processing.

Stir the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts into the batter.

Pour the brownie mixture into the pan and smooth it out. (Optional- add a sprinkle of chocolate chips to the top)

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool thoroughly in the pan and then slice and serve.

  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a brownie pan.
  • Add all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and walnuts) to a food processor. Process until combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts
  • Scoop the batter into the pan. Cook for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let throughly cool before slicing.
