Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baing soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add the wet ingredients and stir until combined. The dough will seem dry, but that ok! The apple provide moisture as they bake.
Stir in the diced apples.
Scoop the mixture into the pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
