Easy and Amazing Vegan Banana Bread

Banana bread that so good, you won't even know it's Vegan!

  • 5 over ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup organic sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips or chopped walnuts (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan.
  • Peel 3 bananas and add them to a large mixing bowl. Mash them thoroughly using a fork or potato masher. Add the sugars, oil, and vanilla and stir together until combined.
  • Pour mixture into loaf pan. It will be thick. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon. Cook for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let thoroughly cool before cutting.
