Vegan Spiced Apple Bundt Cake- a soft and delicious cake filled with the flavors of fall.

Vegan Spiced Apple Bundt Cake

Apple picking is one of my favorite fall activities. One of the reasons I find it so enjoyable is that I get to turn some of those crispy apples into seasonal desserts. Apple cake is always a crowd-pleaser. This version is perfectly spiced and it lets the fresh, juicy apples take center stage.

To give this cake a “wow” factor, I used this beautiful bundt pan. This cake would be at home on any holiday dinner table. The design looks especially pretty when dusted with confectioner’s sugar.

Add the vegan buttermilk, vegetable oil, pure vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and applesauce to the mixing bowl and mix until combined. Fold in the apple pieces.

Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan and smooth down. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 15-20 minutes and then gently flip the bundt pan over to release the cake. Dust with confectioner’s sugar and enjoy!
