Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice (plus lime rings for garnish)
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic

Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. If they are very large, cut them into quarters. Soak them in water for 10 minutes before frying. This will ensure that the center cook thoroughly and stay tender.

Heat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, making sure that they are not overlapping. Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Cook for 6 minutes. Shake the basket to mix up the Brussels sprouts and then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
For the garlic balsamic sauce:
In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, fresh lime juice and minced garlic. Pour on the Brussels sprouts before serving.
