Baked Vegan Mac and Cheese

Baked vegan Mac and cheese is a plant-based version of the classic comfort food that is made with vegan ingredients such as cashews, nutritional yeast, and plant-based milk. It is made by cooking pasta according to package instructions, then mixing it with a creamy, cheesy sauce made from soaked and blended cashews, nutritional yeast, plant-based milk, and seasonings.

The pasta and sauce are then combined and baked in the oven until the top is golden brown and crispy. Baked vegan Mac and cheese is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for vegans and non-vegans alike. It is creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor, and it can be served as a main course or as a side dish.
