Amazing Vegan Seven Layer Bars
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
7 tbsp cup vegan butter, melted
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1 cup vegan marshmallows
3/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup coconut chips
3/4 cup vegan condensed milk
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. eave a little overhang on the sides so the bars can be lifted out of the dish.
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted vegan butter. Stir until combined.
Press the graham cracker crust down into the baking dish using a spatula.
Evenly arrange the chocolate chips on top of the graham crust crust. Add the vegan marshmallows, coconut chips and chopped pecans.

Add the vegan condensed milk to the top and spread it out using a spatula.
Bake for 32-34 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the bars cool in the baking dish.
Once the bars have cooled, lift them from the baking dish using the parchment paper. Slice and enjoy!
