This easy, vegan pie has an irrestible combination of textures and flavors: It boasts a silken peanut-butter filling, crisp Oreo crust, and peanut butter and chocolate topping.
Amazing Vegan Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients needed:
For the filling:
3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1 container (7 oz) Violife dairy-free cream cheese
3/4 powdered sugar
1 container So Delicious Coco Whip
For the (optional, but delicious) topping:
Melted peanut butter (to drizzle)
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut cream
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare my Easy Vegan Oreo Pie Crust in a 9 inch pie dish. are the Oreo crust for 6 minutes and let cool throughly.
In a stand mixer (or using a large bowl and hand mixer), beat together the peanut butter and vegan cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and container of Coco Whip and mix together until combined. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Scoop the filling into the cooled Oreo crust and smooth it out with a spatula. Cover the pie and put it in the fridge. Let it cool for a minimum of 4 hours (overnight is best).
For the toppings: melt peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle on top.
Pour coconut cream into a small bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Add in the chocolate chips and stir until they are melted. Let cool slightly and drizzle it on the pie.
