3 Ingredient Vegan Berry Icebox Pie

Ingredients needed:
1 sleeve graham crackers
approximately 5 cups of assorted, fresh berries (I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
2 containers of So Delicious CocoWhip (it is sold in the freezer section, let it thaw until it is spreadable)

Directions:

In a baking dish, add a layer of graham crackers to the bottom. Spread a layer of CocoWhip on top of the graham crackers. Then, add a layer of strawberries. Add another layer of CocoWhip on top of the strawberries.

Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the CocoWhip.

Finally, add a layer of fresh berries to the top.
Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it firm up for 2-4 hours. This icebox pie is best served the day it’s prepared.
